WELCOME TO LIBBY, MONTANA
Montana Float Company is located on the airport in Libby, MT (S-59). The runway is 75'x5000' PFC asphalt. Libby is located in the very northwestern corner of Montana along US Hwy 2.

The surplus of lakes and rivers around the area provide an optimum testing-ground for floats. We also consult seasoned float plane pilots and use their input to engineer superior products. Ask our customers... There is nothing like flying a set of Montana floats.

We have a CFI on staff for pilot and insurance check outs (some insurance companies require a small amount of dual time to extend coverage to float planes). Our CFI is experienced in all types of float aircraft and can travel to your location for initial test flights or training.

Montana Float will also design, build, and install custom rigging packages other than our own. We have experience with Edo, PK, Whipline, and many other types of floats. If you are interested in this service, please give us a call.
